TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accepting this agreement you are certifying that you are engaged as a reseller with a store front and that purchases are for resell. You further agree that if any property purchased tax free is used or consumed by you as to make it subject to a Sales or Use Tax, you will pay the tax due directly to the proper taxing authority when state law so provides or inform the seller for added tax billing. This agreement shall be a part of each order which we may hereafter give to you, and shall be valid until canceled by us in writing or revoked by the city or state. Requirements: · Maintain a retail storefront with a public entrance and regular store hours. · Provide a copy of a valid resale tax certificate or business license. · Purchase merchandise with the intent to resell to end-users. · Submit a Wholesale Application and obtain approval from Sassi Designs LLC. · Meet all other requirements indicated in Terms and Conditions below. Terms and Conditions: On-line Sales: Our authorized resellers may also offer our products for sale on their own website in addition to storefront and catalog sales. Prices: Wholesale Prices are available for existing and registered resellers only and are subject to change without notice. Orders: Orders may also be placed by phone, fax or e-mail Minimum: $100 at wholesale prices $ 50 re-orders No quantity minimum Payment: Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Net 30 terms are available after the first order with approval. Credit Terms: Net due in 30 days is available on approval. The Credit Application can be downloaded from this website and returned via fax or e-mail. You will be notified within 10 business days of receipt of the application if terms are approved. All balances for which payment has not been made within 30 days of receiving shipment, shall be subject to a 15% monthly interest fee (18% annual), running from the due date forward. Shipping: In stock items usually ship with-in 3 – 5 business days. F.O.B Tomball, TX; The best route and carrier will be selected by Sassi Designs LLC unlessotherwise specified by the customer. Guarantee: All Sassi Designs LLC products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Returns: We are committed to complete customer satisfaction. Goods are returnable with prior authorization. All unauthorized returns will be refused. A restocking fee of 25% will be made on authorized returns except in the case of defective goods or a Sassi Designs LLC error. Call for a return authorization.
