| Delivery |
| We ship
F.O.B Sassi Designs LLC Warehouse, Tomball, TX. Please allow 3 - 5 business days from
receipt of order for processing. All
orders will be shipped Fed Express Ground within the Continental U.S. unless
otherwise specified at the time of checkout. Orders shipped outside the
Continental U.S. may be shipped by alternative means, i.e. postal
delivery. |

| Back Orders |
| We make
every effort to have full stock at all times. Items that are out of stock will not be loaded into the shopping cart. |
|
| Cancellations |
| All
cancellations must be submitted in writing by fax or e-mail before the order
is shipped. Cancellation requests
cannot be honored after an item has shipped. |
|
| Return Policy |
| We are
committed to complete customer satisfaction. Goods are returnable with prior authorization and are subject to
approval by Sassi Designs LLC. All
unauthorized returns will be refused. A restocking fee of 25% will be accessed on authorized returns except
in the case of defective goods or a Sassi Designs LLC error. Call for a return authorization. Claims must be made within 15 days from the
invoice date. |
